These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stefaniefoxart.com, including all content, artwork, services, products, and communications offered by Stefanie Fox under name Stefanie Fox Art (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using this website, submitting inquiries, or purchasing artwork or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Use of the Website

This website is provided for informational, artistic, and commercial purposes related to Stefanie Fox Art. You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All artwork, designs, images, text, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Stefanie Fox Art, unless otherwise stated.

• Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Purchasing original artwork or prints does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

• Licensing opportunities may be available upon request and must be agreed to in writing.

• Unauthorized use of artwork or content may result in legal action.

• To help our collectors and design partners visualize our artwork in situ, some of the room scenes and room mockups on this site are created using digital rendering and AI-generation tools. The artwork featured in these scenes remains 100% original.

3. Artwork, Products & Availability

​

• All artwork, limited editions, services and products are subject to availability due to its bespoke nature. Stefanie Fox Art reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue offerings, or refuse orders at its discretion.

• All artwork, including originals, limited editions, collector releases, and special series may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of offering.

4. Original Artwork | Commissions | Ltd Editions

​

Original artwork, commissions, and Ltd Editions are created specifically for the client and involve a collaborative design process.

 

With these artworks, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on commissions. Limited Editions are non-returnable/ refundable.
• Custom artwork is final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has begun
• Minor revisions may be included as outlined in the project agreement; additional revisions may incur added fees
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to creative process, materials, weather or scheduling
• Final artwork may vary slightly from initial concepts or mockups due to the nature of original art

Detailed terms for originals, commissions, ltd editions may be provided separately and will supersede general terms where applicable.

5. Digital Products

​

Digital products, such as digital wallpaper downloads, are provided as instant downloads. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use digital products for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.

• You will receive a link to download the digital files (e.g., JPG files) after purchase.

6. Heartfelt Home Design Consultations

​

Heartfelt Homes Design Consultations are offered at various tier levels via Zoom call. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

​

• Booking and Payment: Consultations are scheduled via Calendly and require upfront payment.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:• You may reschedule your consultation without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Please use the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

 

7. Payments, Billing & Shipping

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when making a purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, credit card processors, or ACH services. Stefanie Fox Art does not store full payment information.

Shipping timelines and costs vary by artwork size, destination, and method. Once artwork is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

 

6. Artwork Placement, Guides & Informational Content

​

Any placement guidance, studio resources, or informational materials provided (including space alignment planning tools) are for informational purposes only. They are intended to support thoughtful art placement and design considerations but do not guarantee specific personal, financial, or business outcomes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

All content, artwork, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Stefanie Fox Art makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding results, outcomes, or uninterrupted access to the website. Art is subjective, and interpretation, response, and impact vary by individual and environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefanie Fox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, artwork, services, or reliance on any content provided.

Your use of the website and services is at your own discretion and risk.
