1. Original Artwork & Commissions

For all artwork, including commission deposits SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any questions regarding materials, color or finishing, please email Stefanie at stefaniefoxartist@gmail.com prior to checkout and she will be happy to answer questions or send additional photos. Please note that due to variations in photography and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person than on your device.

2. Limited Edition Prints

SALES ARE FINAL. Each print is signed, numbered with Certificate of Authenticity— making it a unique piece that cannot be resold as new.

3. Digital Products (Digital Wallpaper Downloads)

​

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and not eligible for return or refund. Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital files (e.g., JPG files). These products are for personal, non-commercial use only, as detailed in our Terms of Service.

4. Heartfelt Homes Design Consultations 

​

Payments for Heartfelt Homes Design Consultations are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined in our Terms of Service. Please refer to the "Heartfelt Homes Design Consultations" section of our Terms of Service for full details regarding refunds and rescheduling options.

5. Prints & Merchandise 

​

All printed merchandise purchased through our E-Shop may be handled directly with our printing partner, Pixels.com, who offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to Pixels.com's return policy for specific instructions and conditions.

6. Collector's Circle 

​

Members may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
