HOW IT WORKS
Virtual consultations are available via Zoom to review your vision and discuss the space in detail. I will provide guidance on sizing, color, and placement to ensure the artwork works well with your space.
STEP ONE
YOUR VISION
To get started, I’ll need:

Your desired size (or approx wall dimensions- if you’re unsure, I'm happy to help)

2-3 images of past paintings of mine that resonate with you

2–3 colors you’d love to see worked into your art
Optional: fabric swatches, wallpaper, paint chips, or photos of your space


STEP TWO
CONSULTATION
We’ll connect by email or through a virtual meeting to explore your vision, preferences, and answer any questions you may have—this begins the creative process.
STEP THREE
DEPOSIT | DELIVERY
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place on my commission calendar, with projects booked in the order deposits are received. The remaining balance (plus shipping and any framing) is due before delivery. You’ll receive an estimated timeline after I review your project, and I always communicate all updates.

Before sealing, I’ll send photos/videos for review, and you may request up to 2 rounds of color-based revisions (e.g., “add more blue”). Additional changes are $375 per round.

Once finalized, your art is sealed and shipped or hand-delivered in Cleveland, OH. For clients outside Cleveland, I use a private art transportion service for safe delivery, which may require some scheduling flexibility.
